It can be rather annoying when websites sends you a notification to send you a notification about latest news etc.
It is even more annoying for websites like Reddit.com to send you the below notification each time you load and re-load the page.

So how does one revoke such permissions?
If you are using firefox then below is the method:
- Click the “menu button”
- Select the privacy and security and then go down to the permission section and click on “Notification” and check “Block new requests asking to allow notification” as shown in the below screenshot.
I have not found such settings directly in chrome or safari, if so post it in the comments and I will be happy to look into it.
